On 16 July, Siimgroup Empreendimentos unveiled a new residential development in Santa Cruz — Santa Villa.
The presentation took place during a seaside brunch and was attended by developer Paulo Duarte, as well as clients, partners, and members of the media. The event was held in one of the already completed villas, offering guests the opportunity to explore in greater detail the main features and distinguishing elements of the development.
Designed by the architectural firm Involve Arquitectos, the project features contemporary architecture with minimalist inspiration, thoughtfully integrated into the climate and landscape of the Silver Coast.
“Sustainability is in our company’s DNA,” states António Paulo Duarte, CEO of Grupo Paulo Duarte. “From the outset, Santa Villa was designed with energy-efficient solutions such as solar panels, cross ventilation, low carbon footprint materials, and the use of local products — all promoting a healthy and environmentally conscious lifestyle.”
Just a few metres from the beach, the development is set in a natural and peaceful environment, yet close to all essential services, local shops, traditional restaurants, and only 15 minutes from Torres Vedras — a key city in the West region.
According to Sandra Bértolo Fragoso, Head of the Developments Department at Siimgroup, the project has attracted “strong interest from both national and international buyers, particularly families seeking a high-quality home that offers comfort, quality of life, and a privileged view over the Atlantic.”
Santa Villa is currently in the final stages of construction, with completion expected in the third quarter of this year.
