Market Trends - October 2024
The number and value of transactions in the 2nd quarter published by the INE, turned out to be surprisingly positive. The increase was significant, both nationally (although still far from the 2021/22 biennium), and in Greater Lisbon (where the price effect almost offset the drop in the no. of transactions in 2023/ 24).
