Siimgroup Empreendimentos has acquired Savoy Residence | D’Ávila, the latest development by the Affa group to join its portfolio.
With a consolidated presence in Madeira, where it has been making its mark through several landmark projects, the Affa group is now taking a new step in its activity with its first development in mainland Portugal.
As part of this new acquisition, Siimgroup welcomed Ana Borges, Sales Manager of the Affa group, for a detailed presentation of the project, introducing the Siimgroup sales team to the main features and positioning of Savoy Residence | D’Ávila.
