Siimgroup participates in several international real estate events with the objective of attracting foreign investors to its real estate solutions through its presence in International Real Estate Fairs and Corporate Missions.
Internationally, Siimgroup has been operating in the following markets: Angola, Azerbaijan, Brazil, China, Dubai and France.
In 2016, Siimgroup was present at International Fairs in Europe, China and Brazil. Real Estate events of great local relevance, an excellent opportunity to introduce Portugal, its foreign investment incentive programs and a set of real estate solutions for our strategically selected clients, in order to fit the interests of these investors.
The purpose of these business missions is to familiarize Brazilian investors with the Portuguese real estate market and present them with the solutions and advantages of betting on this market in Portugal.

Siimgroup was present at the 5th Edition of SIPP, an event where French citizens or Investment Funds, interested in real estate investment in Portugal.
The presence at this fair is of great relevance given that, in 2019, the French client was in the Top 3 of the foreign investors that most buy real estate in Portugal.
Recognized as the most important and influential event for the Real Estate sector in this region of the Middle East, more than 250 real estate projects are normally present at this fair.
Azerbaijan has large oil reserves, which contributes to the country's economy to continue to develop.
