On 13 July, we were joined by the developers from ACCURE at the siimgroup showroom for a presentation of the new Almirante Reis 67 development. It was a very busy day at our showroom, where we brought together consultants, staff, partners and developers to learn about this project – a charming development situated in the heart of Lisbon, offering a unique urban experience.

 Comprising 26 timeless flats, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, with floor areas varying between 49 m² and 91 m², designed for those who value comfort, elegance and functionality in their daily lives.

 Thanks to its central location, Almirante Reis 67 offers an authentic neighbourhood lifestyle, surrounded by restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, traditional shops and essential services, allowing its residents to experience the vibrant city of Lisbon.

 The afternoon continued with our Siimgroup Summer Happy Hour, providing an opportunity for everyone to network whilst enjoying the fine weather and one of the most welcoming spaces in our shop: our terrace.

 A spacious outdoor area where we often raise a glass to our achievements, welcome new challenges and enjoy the late afternoons during our happy hours, sunsets and parties that have already become part of Siimgroup’s history.
