Visiting each development on site is an essential step in ensuring rigorous and close commercial monitoring. It was with this aim in mind that the Siimgroup sales team travelled to Porto to visit two projects in its portfolio: Montebelo Villas, which is in the final stages of construction, and Boavista 5205, which has already been completed.

The visit was accompanied by the developer, who presented the concept behind both developments, sharing the vision that guided their development, the architectural solutions adopted and the main challenges faced throughout the projects’ execution.

 This direct contact enables the team to gain an in-depth understanding of every detail, grasp the identity of each development and convey this information to clients in a clear and well-founded manner.
