Yesterday, the RE/MAX Siimgroup branch hosted the launch event for the Telles & Thomaz buildings, the latest phase of the 1965 Cidade Jardim development. The event was led by the developer AM48, represented by Francisca Martins, the company’s director.

The presentation brought together around 80 guests, including estate agents, partners and clients, who had the opportunity to learn in detail about the concept, architecture and features of this new residential project, located in Loures.

Throughout the session, the key features of the Telles & Thomaz buildings were presented, along with the vision guiding the development of 1965 Cidade Jardim – a development designed to meet current housing needs, combining quality of construction, functionality and spaces tailored to everyday life.

The event concluded with a cocktail reception, providing an opportunity for participants to socialise and network in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
